Navigators Continue Outreach Efforts in the Philippines

Navigator leaders in the Philippines are working hard to provide whole-life ministry to people in the needy areas near Tacloban, the area hardest hit by the typhoon. Small teams are working to provide food and educational supplies for young children. In addition, leaders are supporting the small Navigator communities in the region as they seek to share the Gospel.

The team in the Philippines has recently opened a ministry in a university near Tacoloban. They have rented a Navigator ministry center and established a permanent team of four people to serve in Tacloban. This team will be supported by the regional team and short-term volunteers.

The team asks for prayer and the financial support needed to serve effectively in the devastated cites of the Visaya region. Please continue to pray for courage, unity, and wisdom as teams work together.

If you would like to make a donation to assist the Navigators in the Philippines, please click here. That will take you to the “Philippine Navs Assistance” account. The International Executive Team will administrate the finances for this assistance effort.
