Expectant faith and persevering prayer rooted ...

(August 2026, Issue 131) What if we were increasingly known as people of faith?

When our focus is on doing and obeying the Great Commission (a very good thing), the immensity of the task can be overwhelming. The responsibility is too much for us to bear.

God invites us to another way. From His promise to Abraham in Genesis to the worshipping multitude in Revelation, His commitment to bless the nations reminds us that this is His work. We just get to join in!

World Why

(April 2026, Issue 130) “Why are we doing this?  Is it worth it?”  It was not the first time I’d brought this question to Him.  Then I thought, “Well, at least I’m not spending the night swimming after a shipwreck like the Apostle Paul did.”
