Introduction
March 16, 2024, has been designated as this year’s Navigators Worldwide Day of Prayer. For over a decade, Navigators have been taking the third Saturday in March as an opportunity to jointly come before the Lord in prayer. It is a unique time to unite in global prayer—transcending geographical boundaries to collectively seek the presence and guidance of the Lord.
International President Mutua Mahiaini says, "As the annual Navigators Worldwide Day of Prayer approaches once again, we are excited about the opportunity as a Navigator family to come together before God’s throne. Although we are very familiar with Hebrews 4:16, which urges us to draw near to the throne of God with confidence, I hope it will inspire you to reflect on the fact that this is the ultimate throne, and that God is seated on it. He is the One who is inviting us to this experience on 16 March 2024. I pray we all take His invitation as seriously as He does.”
This prayer guide is a resource that allows us to join together in praying for key requests from each of our seven regions as well as some requests that are relevant to us all. We encourage you to use it not only on the Worldwide Day of Prayer, but throughout the year.
You have the option to use the prayer guide sequentially, beginning with our Navigator Calling, Values, and Vision (The Core), then proceeding to our international mission requests, followed by requests from each region (in alphabetical order). Alternatively, you may opt to navigate freely from section to section. However you decide to utilize it, may you experience profound fellowship with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Rest assured that you are joining others from all corners of the world before God’s throne.
Our Calling
To advance the Gospel of Jesus and his kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
Our Values
1) The passion to know, love, and become like Jesus Christ.
2) The truth and sufficiency of the Scriptures for the whole of life.
3) The transforming power of the Gospel.
4) The leading and empowering of the Holy Spirit.
5) Expectant faith and persevering prayer rooted in the promises of God.
6) The dignity and value of every person.
7) Love and grace expressed among us in community.
8) Families and relational networks in discipling the nations.
9) Interdependent relationships in the body of Christ in advancing the Gospel.
Our Vision
We see a vital movement of the Gospel, fueled by prevailing prayer, flowing freely through relational networks and out into the nations. Workers for the kingdom are next door to everywhere!
What characterizes this movement? A heart for the whole person . . . climates of grace . . . compassion for the vulnerable and broken . . . sacrificial unity embracing diversity . . . cultural relevance and sensitivity . . . interdependence with others in the wider family of God . . . transformed men and women, fragrant with humility and the aroma of Christ. They are marked by a deep engagement with and obedience to the Scriptures as the Word of God. They believe the promises of God. Both personally and in committed communities, they seek to know and pursue the purposes of God.
Laborers and leaders are emerging, with an increasing passion for Jesus Christ. They demonstrate faith and courage as they live and move among their friends and families. As spiritual parents, they model authenticity and relevance.
Ordinary people, in many walks of life, are joyfully leading integrated lives. They live as fruitful insiders among the lost. There is perseverance in the face of hardship and suffering. Around the world, many are coming to faith. As they become established in discipleship, some grow to be foundational for further generations. The Gospel spreads naturally and powerfully, as believers share Christ . . . life upon life . . . family to family.
Crossing cultures into new cities and nations, teams of mobile pioneers intentionally proclaim and embody the good news of Jesus Christ, in such a way that transformed communities multiply. These communities are bringing joy and hope to their surrounding environments as relationships are healed and justice increases. Indeed, the lost and unreached burn in their hearts, as they move the Gospel into the nations.
The leaders of this movement, developed and empowered for God’s service, live out a growing commitment to Christlikeness. They are dependent upon the Holy Spirit. New generations of leaders are emerging, rooted incarnationally in their local and national contexts. An international leadership community brings focus, alignment, and energy to their movement. These leaders are committed to long-term impact in generational ministry.
We rejoice in God's abundant answer to our prayers, initiated back in 2019, for the sending of 40 new missionaries to unreached or underreached people groups. Our latest count reveals that 38 missionary units (comprising couples or singles) have been sent out since then, with an additional 23 units in active preparation. These figures exclusively represent missionaries destined for unreached and underreached groups. Praise God for the sending of at least 12 other long-term missionary units, alongside an undisclosed number of short-term and mid-term missionaries.
The tangible results of these prayers have ignited faith within our community. Presently, we are earnestly praying for the sending of 20 more units annually over the next three years, aiming for a total of 60.
In your prayers, you can refer to the 2024 Missionary Sending Priorities (MSP) list, accessible online at https://navigatorsworldwide.org/worldwide-missions. This list is carefully curated each year by the International Executive Team (IET) and Regional Directors (RDs), who conscientiously narrow down cross-cultural opportunities to approximately 20 crucial priorities.
Deep Walks with God
Please pray we would:
• Be workers for the Kingdom who abide in Him daily. (John 15:1-5)
• Be men and women characterized by a heart posture of absolute surrender, daily surrendering our agenda for His and being attentive to His voice, that the very nature of God may possess us.
• Grow to treasure God above all things. (Psalm 73:23-26)
• Be intentional to cultivate roots that reach deep into the heart of God and that the choices we make every day would strengthen and not erode our union with God.
• Stay fresh and be the kind of people from whom rivers of living water flow. (John 7:38)
Courageous Faith
• That we would be men and women of courageous faith who learn to trust God in fresh ways as we take the Gospel to the unreached and underreached nations and people groups on the continent (e.g., the poor, urban majority in cities, people of other faiths, the rural, oral learners, and outcasts).
• That we would not waiver when God gives us fresh opportunities to trust Him, especially when it requires us to step out of our comfort zone. (Romans 4:21)
• Ask God to strengthen us in our inner being and that our roots of hope and confidence in Him would go deeper. Rather than play it safe and comfortable, we would like to step to the water’s edge when God asks. (Ephesians 5:16-19)
Gospel Advance
Please pray:
• For an outpouring of God’s Spirit on the unreached Africa nations, to breathe life into the dry bones (Ezekiel 37:4-6) and give us a spiritual inheritance in these countries (Psalm 2:8).
• For people in Africa to have a deep encounter with Jesus that results in transformation in every area of their lives; and that we would see the transforming power of the Gospel not only impacting individuals but families and entire communities. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
• That as hearts and minds are transformed in these communities, family dysfunction, poverty, corruption, and injustice, would give way to biblical truth. (Romans 12:2)
• For wisdom, boldness, courage, and creativity to develop new strategies and ways to take the truth of the Gospel into our African realities—strategies and ways that are biblically sound and culturally relevant for resourcing the ministry in Africa.
• For God’s wisdom and favor as we develop the platform for people across the continent to be able to contribute in any currency via their phone to our mission sending fund called Operation $2. It is our $2 -a-month challenge to every laborer to support mission efforts in Africa. Pray that more countries and more laborers will make it a priority in their personal and national budgets to contribute to this initiative. (2 Corinthians 9:7-15)
• That the Holy Spirit will breathe new life into our ministries (student, women, men, church, families, community, cities, marketplace, poor and vulnerable, Discipling for Development, Business as a Mission, Ministry Partner Development, Africa Partners, Nav Care, and Navigator schools), that would result in workers being raised to reach out with the Gospel into the nations. (Matthew 9:36-38)
• That God will give us fresh ideas on how to come alongside our conventional income labourers and leaders to increase their effectiveness in advancing the Gospel. Pray for the Lord to multiply their efforts by His mighty power (Ephesians 3:16-17) and keep His promises to them (Isaiah 43:4).
• For encouragement, perseverance, strength, wisdom, and vision to work on critical things for laying foundations of the Gospel and raising foundational generations in all our 21 pioneering countries. Pray for the Lord of the harvest to raise laborers and send missionaries to these countries. (Isaiah 61:4)
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland” (Isaiah 43:19, NIV).
“For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants. They will spring up like grass in a meadow, like poplar trees by flowing streams. Some will say, ‘I belong to the Lord’; others will call themselves by the name of Jacob; still others will write on their hand, ‘The Lord’s,’ and will take the name Israel” (Isaiah 44:3-5, NIV).
Fruitful Local Laboring Communities
We continue to trust God to have fruitful LLCs in all the current 20 countries in which we have presence:
Intentionally and actively engaging with the lost as they live and disciple among them.
Raising of local and national leaders through the LLCs through intentionally identifying and developing them.
Developing a missions culture, which will see believers having a heart for the lost within and outside the country.
Pray for national directors and country representatives of each country as they pray and plan national strategies. Pray for them to have continued reliance upon the Holy Spirit for guidance, and that they would be willing to follow God even down unfamiliar paths. (Isaiah 42:16)
The Next Generation Owning The Core
Please pray for APEL24 (Asia Pacific Emerging Leaders 2024). Between March and September, we will be working with emerging leaders around Asia Pacific. Our theme is ‘Navigating Our Times.’ We will explore how our Navigator Calling, Values, and Vision can guide us in our contexts. How can these emerging leaders live well in their setting? How can they help others move in the right direction? How should they lead in today’s complex world?
Overall, we are trusting that the Lord will use this leader development to provide immediate benefits to these emerging leaders. We also see this as a 20-year project, with benefits flowing to the countries and the region for the long-term.
Please ask the Lord to guide the leader development team as they plan the details of APEL24. Pray for the participants, that the Lord would meet with them, and they would hear His call through this time. Pray especially for those for whom English is not their primary language, that the Lord would give them special grace to understand what He wants.
Missions
South Asia:
• Country #1: We praise God for one family who have relocated to a city in 2023. Pray that they will settle in well. Continue to pray for other members to join them with strengths in pioneering to complement the team.
• Country #2: We praise God that an experienced couple has successfully re-entered the country in 2023. Pray for recruitment of other members to work with them to assist with the business and pioneering efforts.
Southeast Asia: Pray for a team leader in one of the countries to strengthen the grassroots ministry that has already taken place in a major city and work together with local leaders to establish Navigator ministry on selected university campuses.
Campus Work: Pray for student ministry leaders at the University of South Pacific in Fiji to grow the work already taking place and ignite laboring movements throughout the South Pacific as graduates return to their home nations.
Laborers: Please pray for more laborers to be sent to join the current teams in the mentioned regions in Asia Pacific.
CIPs (Conventional Income People)
Serving & Supporting CIPs: As more CIPs take on national responsibilities and various roles in ministry, there is a need to re-evaluate how things are done; i.e., length of regional meetings, the capacities, and capabilities of CIPs in their effectiveness and efficiencies. Pray for wisdom in bringing change to some of the current structures we have to support and serve our CIPs.
Integrated Lives: Pray for integrated lives as they live out Kingdom values among the lost amidst challenges in their careers, raising their families, and taking on ministry responsibilities.
Finances & Resources
We are thankful for God’s faithfulness in providing us with the necessary resources. Continue to pray that we will be good stewards of what God has faithfully given to us and trust that He will provide the needs of each laborer and country.
Asia Pacific Teams
The regional team is supported by other teams with specific functional roles: point persons team, development team, missions team, and the missional enterprise team. Pray that all of us will be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, work diligently and have wisdom in coming along side and serving the countries.
Peace and Gospel Opportunity
As the war between Russia and Ukraine drags on, along with other tensions and conflicts in the region, pray that God would intervene and bring peace in a way that will bring glory to Him. Pray for creative ways to support and minister to our laborers isolated in Russia, under duress in Ukraine, and scattered across the region and the world. Pray that in the midst of violence and instability, the lost will seek eternal truths and respond to the Gospel.
Evangelism
Pray for our national laborers to experience breakthroughs in their efforts to evangelize a new, younger generation. And pray that the Gospel will then continue to spread among family and relational networks. We praise God for the fruit we did see this last year. Pray that God would anchor the new believers in Jesus with a genuine hunger for the Word of God and that God would bring freedom and transformation.
Local Communities of Laborers
Pray for communities of generational laborers in each city where we work—that God would strengthen existing communities and establish new communities where disciples are isolated. Pray that they would share life together with the purpose of living out the Navigator Core, choosing forms that are relevant for their culture, and intentionally engaging the lost. Pray for God to raise up local leaders in these communities.
Staff Teams and a Mix of Generations
We praise God for new, younger staff joining our veteran staff. Pray for the challenges and opportunities presented by this mix of generations. Pray that God would bless the efforts to apply training and implement helpful tools in building strong ministry teams. Pray for spiritual, emotional, and physical protection, and endurance for our long-term local and cross-cultural staff.
Opening a New Country
Pray for the opening of a new ministry in a country in Eurasia. Pray for the couple, experienced leaders, who are considering this country opener assignment along with their team. Ask God to confirm their calling and bless their planning for the initiation stage and moving in. Pray for good connections with existing disciples of Jesus and that God would prepare the hearts of those who will respond to the Gospel and become a foundational generation.
NavPresence
It is often easy to focus our eyes on “dry bones” in Europe because there are so many challenges and so many souls who are far away from our Lord. We might, therefore, miss some of the encouraging lights He has been enlightening here and there in all Europe. For example, for decades Spain was almost invisible on our radar; but recently, God made visible what has been growing through the faithful and unshaken ministry of individual Navs who never gave up, even in the face of frustrations and long-term disappointments.
God has been adding to their numbers, and even bringing other Navs from other parts of the world to help wake up some South Europeans from their numbing spiritual sleep. He has been strategically connecting our efforts in Spain, Portugal, and Italy. And as Jesus emphasized in John 6:44 "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him.” We do our best in building bridges for people to come closer to Him, while trusting Him to draw souls to Jesus. We long to discover more, and we almost feel more fruits arriving. From the south of Europe, over the East, up to the Northeast, we are expecting to see similar things happening.
Network Leaders
Praise God for the maturity, dedication, passion, courage, faith, and wisdom our network leaders bring to the advance of the Gospel into the nations around Europe. A number of these networks are looking at significant leadership transitions over the coming year. Please pray for the Lord’s guidance and good hand as new people sense God’s leading and grow into a new contribution; and for those retiring or handing over to sense God’s leading for their best contribution in this next phase for them.
“News of this reached the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to Antioch. 23 When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts” (Acts 11:22-23).
Regional Togetherness (John 17:21)
We praise God with great joy for a tangibly new phase of connectedness and desire to collaborate on deeper levels among our Nav ministries in Europe. The student ministries set the pace with a renewed effort in pooling resources to provide fellowship, mutual learning, and sharpened focus on our Navigator Core. We long to see more of this kind of trust and creativity to build strong, intergenerational communities on all levels of our work and in our Regional Team.
We praise God for the harmony within our newly consolidated Regional Team. Please pray with us for the posture of our hearts to be marked by love as we seek to reflect the Body of Christ together within the secular, fragmented societies in Europe. Pray especially for fruitful collaboration to overcome all reservations and language barriers as we address practical issues around our faith directions in working groups over a two-year period, starting in April.
Regional Director
Thank the Lord for answered prayer as Bernard Dishman has taken up the role of Regional Director. Much practical blessing with new office facilities, successful recruitment, new members for the Regional Team, and a good start to his first year in this role. Please continue to pray for Bernard, his wife Debs, and all those involved in the leadership of the European work as they face the challenge of a secular region and “hard ground.”
Missions Europe ERT
Praise God for the many young people who have been involved in crossing borders these past few years and leaving their comfort zones on short-term missions, European conferences, network meetings, or otherwise. Pray that God will raise up a generation of mission-minded disciples in Europe. Please pray for the leaders in Europe to think about new and creative ways of sending, as we try to mobilize for missions.
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland" (Isaiah 43: 18-19).
Pioneering and Maturing Countries
We praise God for several who have trusted Jesus in our pioneering countries. Please pray for laborers in these countries to continue believing in God’s power to transform lives and raise up foundational generations. Pray that these laborers, through feelings of spiritual barrenness, would shout for joy and persevere in anticipation for all the miracle children that God will bring. Pray for emerging foundational generations as they are growing into local laboring communities.
Pray for wisdom in building a regional strategy with Nav Europe for the inclusion of more southern and eastern European countries, fostering collaboration to expand God's kingdom together.
Praises Regarding Last Year’s Requests
Many of the next-generation leaders in the “Your Calling” program are growing in their understanding of God’s Kingdom through the Scriptures and seeking the Holy Spirit’s guidance to take practical steps of obedience in response. (3 John 1:3-4)
The GENERA missional enterprise network is helping business owners and entrepreneurs capture a clearer vision for expanding His Kingdom relationally through business initiatives. Manuel Ortiz is stepping up with others as they lead this initiative in Latin America. (1 Thessalonians 1:8)
Final Stage of “Your Calling”
We are in the last stage of the program where participants from Tu Llamamiento (“Your Calling”) are forming groups to start initiatives that will make a practical contribution in the expansion of the Kingdom. (Philippians 4:9) Specific groups have been formed related to an upcoming Young People’s Gathering in July, but others are still discerning what initiatives to take. Please pray that God will give clear ideas for other initiatives and wisdom to the LAN region team as they guide the formation of these work groups. (Psalm 90:16-17)
Latin American Young People’s Gathering in Panama, July 18-22, 2024
Our regional gathering in 2024 will be focused on young people between the ages of 18 and 30. The main theme will center on our HOPE in Jesus as an anchor for the soul. (Hebrews 6:19-20) Please join us in praying for this generation to have a secure identity in who they are based on who God is and His unshakable promises. Please also pray for God to work in all our hearts as many participants are still seeking God’s provision for their airline tickets.
Renewed Vision and Joy for Local Leaders
Many of our local leaders in Latin America are facing fatigue and discouragement. We need a renewed vision and joy that can only come from true fellowship with Jesus. We need to enjoy knowing Him, deep in our souls. Our friendship with God brings joy to obeying Him and reminds us that we didn’t choose Him, but that He chose us to bring life-giving fruit to others. Join us in praying that the misconception of producing for God in our own strength would be replaced by the reality of fruitful living in Him. (John 15: 12-17)
Recruiting Laborers from Other Regions
New recruiting initiatives are underway to invite staff to our region to help us with pioneering works and initiatives on university campuses. Please join us in praying for laborers to these places. Between summer teams, vision trips, and other initiatives, we are trusting God for mid- to long-term laborers to go to: Hermosillo, Mexico; La Plata, Argentina; Riberão Preto, Brazil; and Santiago, Chile.
International Missions Expansion
We are in an exciting season of intentional focus on missions within the MENA region. We are exploring ways to establish presence in at least four countries where we do not currently have ministries. Praise God as we have also commissioned our first missionary from within our region, who is prepared to move to one of the four countries. Pray with us that the Lord would direct our steps and make clear the paths before us as we seek to spread the Gospel to new locations.
Internal Expansion
A continued focus among several of the teams in our region is ministry expansion within our existing MENA region countries. Much prayer and consideration has gone into identifying the most strategic places to reach first. Pray that the Lord would raise up the necessary laborers and continue to guide us as we seek to establish new teams.
Leader Preparation
We are trusting the Lord to continue to come alongside us in the process of preparing a new generation of leadership. Some of these leaders are at the country level, while others are overseeing new teams. We are eager to see the Lord raise up several Christians—with a majority-religion background—as key, future leaders who are transformed and fragrant with humility and the aroma of Christ. Pray with us that God would prepare and equip those He has called to step into leadership roles and that they would remain perceptive to the leading of the Spirit in their lives.
Local Laboring Communities
In MENA, we recognize the importance of Local Laboring Communities to help facilitate the spread of the Gospel. We desire to see these communities grow and flourish across our region ultimately bearing fruit through producing spiritual generations. Pray that God would bond our teams together as true expressions of local laboring communities, and that He would use them for the glory of His name.
Focus-to-Focus Ministry
A key strategic component of our ministry in MENA is establishing movements of the Gospel through Focus-to-Focus ministry. The most natural and effective way to see the Gospel advance throughout MENA is from Focus to Focus. Pray that God would mightily use the existing majority-religion background believers to bring the Gospel to their families, friends, and relational networks.
Canada
Pray Isaiah 54:1-3 over our whole work.
Praise God that people are coming to faith in Christ and new leaders are joining us. We thank God for the encouragement and hope this gives us. May God continue this in 2024.
Pray that God would give those in campus ministry and those involved in leading our campus works clear pathways forward through the challenging realities of ministering on campuses in this country.
That everything we do as ministers of the Gospel would flow from a deep joy in the Lord, genuine love for people, and sacrificial lives.
That God would continue to help us recruit more staff by creating favorable conditions, effective strategies, and clear invitations.
That God would continue to help us empower laborers by identifying, serving, and equipping them.
Just as justice is the foundation of God’s throne, may it be the foundation of all our work; and may this resonate deeply with all of our staff and volunteers.
Pray for our upcoming National Conference in late June/early July of this year. Our last national gathering was in 2018.
Caribbean
Please pray Isaiah 42:10 and Habakkuk 3:2 for the Caribbean region. In this pioneering work, ask God to strengthen and establish the foundational generations of national laborers in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Trinidad, Tobago, and another country.
Pray that our ministries would grow toward local sustainability in finances, leaders, and laborers. Pray that we will give appropriate focus to mainstream society, such as among Roman Catholics and the economically disadvantaged. Ask God for nationals who have resources and connections to help sustain the work long-term.
Pray for a fruitful outcome from our first National Directors Training and first Discipleship Forum since COVID—the first in 6 years! Pray God uses this time of development to affirm current national country leaders and raise future national emerging leaders. Please pray:
We have our identity based on the Navigator Core. Strengthened unity, sense of belonging, momentum, and partnership as Navigators within our Caribbean Region. We have increased clarity, alignment, and energy to the movements of the Gospel INTO the nations within the Caribbean and beyond. We remain faithful in prevailing prayer as supportive, integral, and foundational to our Work in the Caribbean.
Please continue to pray for the situation in Haiti. The socio-political chaos in this country continues to place our staff and laborers in challenging, risky, and even dangerous situations. Pray for wisdom for our country leader in Haiti and his family—to discern if and when to relocate within Haiti. In terms of missions sending, pray for wisdom in receiving a couple and a single missionary from the Francophone Africa Navigators to minister in Haiti. This couple and single missionary continue to raise funds and be convicted to pursue this move, despite the socio-political situation in Haiti. Pray for wisdom to discern the right timing and strategy to make this move a reality—we hope this move happens in 2024.
Lastly, pray that the Caribbean could, one day, become a sender of missionaries to hard-to-reach parts of the world. Pray that God would help us successfully launch missional enterprises in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and another country.
United States
Praise for the Lord’s Faithfulness: We rejoice that our God and Father is ministering so powerfully to bring stability, love, and grace to our leadership culture and staff across the US. Many have made good adjustments and humble compromises to align with the U.S. leadership policies.
“Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You” (Jeremiah 32:17, NKJV).
We are expectantly asking for God’s favor in each of these contexts:
Broaden our reach: We want to connect with more people! Some are alums who have passed through our ministries; some are connected to us through our digital discipleship ministry; and some have found us through someone who discipled them. Reaching them in relevant ways to continue their growth and encouragement is critical to fulfilling our Calling.
Increase our depth: We want to invest deeply in those already around us and connected to us in cities, churches, on military bases, and university and college campuses. We want disciples established in their faith and confident to share their faith with others. We want them equipped to navigate the hardships of this world while remaining focused on the Great Commission and the Greatest Commandment.
Gospel expansion: We want to see God’s glory advanced in new places! We want to see disciples and disciplemakers growing in courage, grace, and faith as they thrive in every neighborhood, workplace, family setting, and friendship setting.
Hunger for more of God: As David expresses in Psalm 63:1 (NLT), “O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water. " May our people have ever-increasing hunger and thirst for greater intimacy with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Staff health: We want to identify and embrace effective strategies to improve staff health. We need increased wisdom in how to best meet the spiritual needs of our staff, such that their relationship with our gracious heavenly Father overflows through them and into their ministries. “Lord, please break the strongholds that harm our Mission and each other.” God profoundly cares for each individual's heart, soul, and mind. Pray that we might join Him in caring for our staff well. “O, Lord, Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
Staff healing: God has brought us through deep and troubled waters in the last year, relationally and spiritually, and we have a ways to go. The ministry of the Holy Spirit encourages us to bring wholeness and healing to individuals and relationships. Please continue praying for thoroughness in the work of God in our lives and compassion to walk closely with staff where they are.
Please also pray for our Navigators’ community and the hearts and resilience of our staff. Our Calling compels us to bring Jesus to people in complex, challenging, and confusing places from which we are not immune.
We want to see our staff run to the Lord as their strong tower (Proverbs 18:10) for assurance, stability, and encouragement. And we long to see our staff rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith, and overflowing with thankfulness (Colossians 2:7) as they guide others into the safety, acceptance, justice, and affirmation with the Lord, made possible through the Gospel.
